BabyFirst Solano/Prenatal Care Guidance (PCG) 
offers many programs for pregnant and parenting women, children and families in Solano County, such as

• Black Infant Health (BIH)
• Healthy Families Solano (HFS)
• Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP)

BabyFirst Solano/PCG provides a variety of pregnancy services to women and families in Solano County.

The following is a list of some of the services we provide:

• Breastfeeding support: Learn to breastfeed and be supported by our nurses and lactation counselors
• Case management: A case worker will help you navigate through your pregnancy journey
• Home visiting programs: If you qualify, a nurse can come to your home and provide help & support to you
• Help with finding a prenatal provider: We will help you find a provider who will accept Medi-Cal or pregnancy insurance (PE)
• Prenatal, childbirth and parenting classes: Our classes will help prepare you for childbirth and parenting
• Teen Support: Pregnant and parenting teen support by staff who work with teens
• Substance abuse help: Finding it hard to quit using or are you with a partner who uses? We can help!
• Smoking cessation support: We have staff who you can talk to about quitting as well as classes
• Mental health services:  Feeling the baby blues or need some extra mental help support? Let us help you!
• Transportation: We will help you find ways to get to your appointments
• WIC (Women, Infants, Children): We will help link you to the nutrition program to help you get the food you and your child needs 
• Developmental screenings for infants and children: A specialist will help you see if your infant/child is meeting their growth milestones.
